Cloud Migration Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Migration Planning Analyst to assess, analyze, and plan the migration of on-premises VMware workloads to AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and inventory of on-premises VMware infrastructure
• Develop comprehensive migration plans with phased approaches and timelines
• Provide architectural recommendations and ensure compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with VMware environments and tools
• Strong knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM, etc.)
• Experience in workload discovery and dependency mapping
• Proven ability to develop and execute detailed migration plans
• Must be a US Citizen residing in the US
