Illinois Licensed Senior Threat Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Threat Response.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead incident response operations during high-impact security events and ensure alignment with enterprise protocols
• Develop and manage a high-performing Security Operations Center (SOC) team, setting strategic goals and implementing training programs
• Advance threat hunting initiatives and enhance detection capabilities through collaboration with engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in cybersecurity operations, particularly in incident response and threat detection
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms
• Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and vulnerability management practices
• Experience leading global teams and managing complex projects
