• 6+ years of relevant experience in technical and operational initiatives
• Experience in ambiguous environments and decision-making under pressure
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Startup experience at a high-growth company
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
