Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Assistant Neo Service Desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first line support for Neo (EBA/ERP) users and resolve operational problems
- Document functional requirements/errors and liaise with second line support
- Develop training materials and provide training to users of EBA/Neo
Required Qualifications and Education
- Active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years of related experience, or secondary educational qualification with 4 years of related experience
- Knowledge of incident management processes and experience in this area
- Functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite modules related to Acquisition
- Experience in analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS version R12 or later
