Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Assistant Neo Service Desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first line support for Neo (EBA/ERP) users and resolve operational problems
  • Document functional requirements/errors and liaise with second line support
  • Develop training materials and provide training to users of EBA/Neo
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Active NATO SECRET security clearance
  • Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years of related experience, or secondary educational qualification with 4 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of incident management processes and experience in this area
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite modules related to Acquisition
  • Experience in analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS version R12 or later
