Penetration Testing Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Penetration Testing Team Lead to mature its in-house penetration testing program and lead its operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and mature the Penetration Testing function, shaping procedural and programmatic structures
• Lead penetration testing engagements, including planning, testing, documentation, and reporting
• Perform application penetration testing and provide remediation guidance across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in web application, API, and network penetration testing
• Understanding of penetration testing methodologies and frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP)
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud-based infrastructure
• Proficiency in source code review and vulnerability identification
