Next Generation 911 NOC Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Next Generation 911 Network Operations Center Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Support network infrastructure for LAN/WAN services and Next Generation 911 voice and text services
• Manage incident-driven network infrastructure trouble tickets and escalate issues as necessary
• Work in a shift-oriented role, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Networking or relevant job history in Networking Systems
• At least 2 years of technical experience in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in network operations center support
• Foundational understanding of network operating systems and protocols such as MPLS, BGP, and SDWAN
• Exposure to CISCO products (routers, switches, and firewalls) is preferred
