Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production support activities and resolve user tickets related to business systems
- Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments while ensuring best practices in configuration and security
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide technical deliverables aligned with business processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce in a B2B environment, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator) are a plus
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices
- Experience supporting a field sales team or channel sales model
