Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee broadband and Ethernet network operations for timely service delivery
• Manage activation and augmentation activities, including network elements
• Develop KPIs and conduct performance management activities for the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in network operations, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge of broadband and Ethernet protocols
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with operational reporting tools and data analysis
