IT SOX Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT SOX Compliance Manager to lead the enterprise-wide IT SOX compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT SOX compliance program to mitigate financial reporting risks related to technology and data
• Provide guidance on new initiatives, system implementations, and policy changes impacting SOX compliance
• Maintain SOX documentation and oversee the deficiency management and remediation process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Relevant professional certification preferred (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC)
• 8+ years of experience in IT SOX, IT audit, or risk management
• Strong understanding of SOX 404, COSO, COBIT, and PCAOB standards
• Experience managing a SOX compliance program without direct ownership of testing activities
