Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager, Pharma Information Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data management services for multiple clients, including data warehousing and master data management
- Oversee a virtual team responsible for the operation and enhancement of software platforms that support pharmaceutical business processes
- Act as a liaison between the support team and client stakeholders, ensuring SLAs are met and providing reports on service performance
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in customer engagement and IT process management, specifically in data warehousing
- Experience with SharePoint and/or ServiceNow ticketing systems
- Understanding of service ticket metrics and KPIs
- Project management experience, including budget management
- College or technology school degree required
