Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for Jira/Confluence Software and ServiceNow administration
• Collaborate with business and development teams to create projects and improve tool usability
• Drive innovation through AI-powered capabilities and ensure application uptime and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Jira/Confluence and/or ServiceNow admin role
• Advanced knowledge of Jira/Confluence and/or ServiceNow setup and administration
• Experience with JIRA searches, JQL, reporting capabilities, and workflows
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow administrator with a deep understanding of best practices
• JavaScript programming language experience is preferred
