Jira and ServiceNow Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jira & ServiceNow Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for Jira/Confluence and ServiceNow administration
• Assist in designing and implementing cloud solutions and infrastructure transformations
• Collaborate with business and development teams to enhance tool usability and drive adoption

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Jira/Confluence and/or ServiceNow admin role
• Advanced knowledge of Jira/Confluence and ServiceNow setup and administration
• Experience with JIRA searches, JQL, reporting, and dashboards
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow administrator with a deep understanding of best practices
• JavaScript programming language experience is preferred
