Healthcare IT Solution Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Advisor - Patient Accounting to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Electronic Health Record Modernization program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support translation of Cerner capabilities for VA understanding and knowledge transfer
• Assist in workflow analysis, design, and management of deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Provide expertise on Patient Accounting and assist in EHRM testing and support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience in a healthcare/clinical environment
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, computer science, engineering, or related field, or 10 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in systems integration and healthcare informatics
• Experience managing functional validation and end user testing for EHR solutions
• Knowledge of Patient Accounting solution configuration and workflow analysis
