Clinical Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Systems Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for clinical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary internal contact for all clinical systems-related inquiries and issues
• Manage user access and troubleshoot issues across clinical systems for project teams
• Oversee study room setup and ensure compliance with organizational standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience with clinical systems such as CTMS and/or eTMF
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and GxP requirements
• Experience with system administration or configuration of clinical platforms preferred
• Highly organized and proactive with excellent time management skills
