Senior SharePoint Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support the SharePoint platform
• Focus on ITSM, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and IT Operations Management
• Develop and support Power Platform integration and migrate SharePoint sites within the VA M365 tenant

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent plus 5 years of experience
• Extensive experience with tools for site management, modernization, migration, and integrated solutions
• Up-to-date knowledge of software tools for SharePoint site migrations
• Experience in Level 3 SharePoint tenant-level triage and troubleshooting SharePoint Online sites
• Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration with SharePoint Online
