Key Responsibilities

• Manage cyber tools by learning their operation and executing advanced procedures
• Support clients in integrating with the platform and assist in the onboarding process
• Monitor clients' cyber tools and respond to potential issues using established processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cybersecurity environment, preferred 3 years
• Proven ability to comprehend and execute documented processes
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving moderately complex technical issues
• Phone support experience is preferred
