Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve support requests via Slate Direct and live chat inquiries
- Schedule and conduct 1:1 support calls with clients as needed
- Draft documentation and identify training opportunities for clients
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Technolutions Slate implementation experience
- Preferred background in higher education enrollment/advancement operations or systems support
- Proficiency in major Slate modules and configurable joins
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Slate's data tables
- Experience with SaaS custom support and troubleshooting using ticketing systems like Zendesk
