Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve support requests via Slate Direct and live chat inquiries
  • Schedule and conduct 1:1 support calls with clients as needed
  • Draft documentation and identify training opportunities for clients
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Technolutions Slate implementation experience
  • Preferred background in higher education enrollment/advancement operations or systems support
  • Proficiency in major Slate modules and configurable joins
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Slate's data tables
  • Experience with SaaS custom support and troubleshooting using ticketing systems like Zendesk
