Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director of Functional AI and Process Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the incubation and scaling of innovative AI engagement solutions and pilot programs
• Own field-facing platform integrity and enhance reporting capabilities for decision-making
• Drive reengineering of business processes to support modern workflows and tech enablement

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; MBA or PhD preferred
• 10+ years of experience in AI strategy or digital innovation in complex B2B environments
• Proven track record of leading AI/ML initiatives from concept to commercialization
• Deep understanding of MLOps, GenAIOps, and LLMOps practices
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and partnerships across various domains
