Forensics Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forensics SME to join their cybersecurity team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide incident management and forensic support for investigations, including off-hours
• Develop and maintain policies, standards, and procedures related to security functions
• Perform forensic analysis across various networks and operating systems while maintaining digital evidence chain of custody

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of related cybersecurity experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field, or 3 additional years of experience
• 8+ years of specialized experience in incident response and forensic analysis, with recent experience in the past 4 years
• Experience in cloud environments, particularly AWS, for incident response and forensics
• Ability to conduct malware analysis and reverse engineering in x86 and x64 assembly
