ServiceNow Senior Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr ServiceNow Developer/Architect for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, troubleshoot, and optimize Discovery patterns to ensure the CMDB is accurate
• Create and maintain end-to-end Service Maps to assess business impact during outages
• Run Health Scans and Instance Assessments to maintain ServiceNow platform performance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions
• Experience with Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping
• Knowledge of Event Management and AIOps
• Familiarity with Mid Server setup and API integrations (REST/SOAP/JavaScript)
• Ability to work collaboratively with networking teams on infrastructure requirements
