AI Solutions Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Solutions Senior Director to lead LLM and Gen AI data projects for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM data projects, from initial scoping to project execution and delivery
• Drive project timelines, resource plans, and delivery quality while proactively mitigating risks
• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing operations teams while acting as the senior point of contact for enterprise clients

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solutions-engineering or managing complex technical operations projects
• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; MBA preferred
• Executive-level communication skills, comfortable briefing CTOs and VPs
• Deep working knowledge of LLMs and Gen-AI data pipelines preferred
• Experience building and managing cross-functional teams
