Senior Integrations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Integrations and Implementation Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding of new API integrations for restaurant brands and third-party vendors
• Diagnose and resolve advanced issues related to integrations, acting as a key escalation resource
• Deliver technical training and mentorship to internal teams and external partners

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with API integrations and business-to-business data exchanges
• Advanced understanding of how data integrations support business objectives
• Expert working knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs, and fluency in interpreting JSON, XML, and complex data structures
• Strong operational background troubleshooting modern integrations
• Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor junior engineers or integration specialists
