Detailing Drafter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Detailing Drafter with significant experience in drafting and detailing for construction services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate erection drawings and fabrication documents for plant fabrication and builder erection
• Mentor and provide feedback to other drafters to ensure compliance with drafting procedures
• Maintain communication with project management and engineering teams throughout the drafting process

Required Qualifications

• Post high school coursework in trigonometry
• Advanced math skills with knowledge of basic drafting functions and equipment
• Six to ten years of experience in metal building drafting
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• High School diploma or Associate's degree preferred
