A company is looking for a Chief Technology Officer to lead technological strategy, development, and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business goals and oversee the deployment of scalable AI systems
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technology team while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
• Define and manage the technology function's annual operating and capital budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in software engineering or related fields in an enterprise product context
• Deep expertise in developing and deploying scalable B2B cloud-based SaaS platforms using a modern tech stack
• At least 2 prior experiences as a CTO or Head of Engineering
• Demonstrated success in optimizing engineering and technical teams
• Experience leading new product development efforts through the entire lifecycle, from concept to availability
