Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Martech Engineering, Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering strategy for Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) implementations
• Grow and oversee a team while expanding Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) client support
• Define best practices for data architecture, identity resolution, and real-time personalization

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its core services
• Proven track record of successful implementations of Adobe Real-time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• Deep expertise in data architecture, API integrations, and building data pipelines
• Experience leading and mentoring a technical team
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and security best practices
