Staff Engineer - Advisory Suite

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer / Team Lead for their Advisory Suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for the advisory suite, ensuring scalability, modularity, and correctness
• Lead design and development of complex financial systems, including portfolio rebalancers and trade aggregators
• Drive technical planning, mentor engineers, and collaborate on product evolution

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend or platform engineering experience, with 2+ years in a lead or staff role
• Deep expertise in financial domains such as portfolio construction, trading, or fixed income
• Proven ability to design and scale complex distributed systems, preferably in Golang
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional projects
• Exposure to financial regulations, tax constraints, or fee structures is a plus
