Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to diagnose and resolve issues with digital life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and account managers to provide bug fixes and solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to guide bug fixes and enhancements while addressing partner limitations
- Maintain and build internal and customer-facing documentation, ensuring product usability
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-stack professional software development experience (preferably in Python, Go, or TypeScript)
- 2+ years of experience debugging and optimizing APIs and querying data sets using SQL
- Strong understanding of the SDLC life cycle
- Experience using formal ticketing systems such as Jira, Salesforce, or ZenDesk
- Experience working on APIs and/or event-driven systems is a strong plus
