Helix OOB Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helix Architect to lead a proof-of-concept for migrating to BMC Helix.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and configuration of BMC Helix OOB functionality for change and outage management
• Translate legacy Remedy customizations into native Helix modules and workflows
• Design and optimize SQL-based queries to meet performance benchmarks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM/CMDB and OOB implementations
• Proven experience in migrating Remedy customizations to Helix solutions
• Advanced skills in SQL query design and optimization for large datasets
• Familiarity with metadata management and version control practices
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and documenting technical processes
