Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Infrastructure Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure and SRE engineers, fostering a high-performance team culture
• Own the quarterly planning and execution of infrastructure initiatives aligned with the overall engineering strategy
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the platform while driving key infrastructure projects

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of engineering management experience with a track record of leading software/infrastructure teams
• ~10+ years of software engineering experience with significant focus on infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex engineering projects that enhance reliability and scalability
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, agile environments, with a strong ownership mindset
