Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize ML models for voice interaction
• Develop and maintain scalable, low-latency ML infrastructure
• Refine ML solutions based on user feedback and improve ML pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ML model development and deployment experience
• 2+ years of Python experience for ML applications
• Contributions to open-source ML or published research in RL or related fields
• Deep understanding of ML principles, including RL fine-tuning and preference optimization
• Experience innovating in model development to address challenges like latency and personalization
