Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Workflow Consultant to join their team in a remote, freelance capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to map out current workflows across eCommerce, creative, and planning teams
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design AI-powered solutions to streamline processes
• Consult with leadership to create a unified AI strategy that integrates with existing platforms

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in workflow automation, AI integration, or martech/creative operations
• Strong understanding of AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., GPT, Adobe Firefly, Airtable, Zapier)
• Ability to quickly prototype and deliver testable automation concepts
• Experience in eCommerce, DTC, or creative operations is a plus
