Alaska Licensed Workday Data Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Technical Lead Data Conversion Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data conversion strategy, planning, and execution for the Workday implementation
• Partner with stakeholders to identify data sources, define mapping logic, and establish data quality standards
• Design and manage ETL processes using Workday's Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, and other integration tools

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Workday technical experience, with a strong focus on data conversion in full-cycle implementations
• Proven track record as a technical lead or senior consultant on at least one full Workday deployment, ideally within the healthcare industry
• Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and data transformation logic
• Strong understanding of HR, Benefits, and Compensation data structures and dependencies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment
