An international leading company developing an AI-powered travel platform for businesses is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join its team.
Founded in 2017 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, the company is on a mission to simplify the often cumbersome process of booking, modifying, and canceling flights and hotels for business trips — making it fast, seamless, and stress-free.

This role offers you a hybrid format of working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and optimize multi-channel ad campaigns to meet lead and CPA goals
- Manage SEO to drive steady organic growth
- Execute CRO initiatives to boost conversion rates
- Refresh ad creatives regularly, track performance, and test new ideas
- Own campaign reporting with actionable insights
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to align messaging
- Ensure accurate tracking via GA4, GTM, and related tools
- Continuously test and improve campaign performance and ROI
- 4+ years in digital marketing or demand generation (B2B SaaS)
- Proven track record with Paid Ads/PPC campaigns
- Strong skills in analytics, attribution, and reporting
- Hands-on SEO experience and solid understanding of best practices
- Comfortable with CRO testing and conversion optimisation
- Proficient in Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experienced with GA4, GTM, Hotjar or Clarity
- Skilled in SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
- English level B2+
