Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering accurate, actionable insights and performance analysis
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, converting business needs into clear analytical questions and impactful insights
- Own key forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting processes, ensuring data integrity and timeliness
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Planning, Strategy, or Management Consulting
- Experience managing high-performing teams and leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Advanced Excel skills including modeling and scenario analysis
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Ability to build and interpret complex financial and operational models
