As our Partnership Manager (all genders), you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of AlfaDocs, driving product excellence, strategic innovation, and team growth.
- Partnership Strategy & Development
Define and implement a strategic partnership roadmap to accelerate market penetration, drive revenue growth, and enhance product innovation. - Partner Sourcing & Onboarding
Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential partners—such as EHR vendors, healthcare service providers, and technology integrators—and lead structured onboarding processes. - Relationship Management & Growth
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring partners achieve success and remain highly engaged. - Contract Negotiation & Management
Lead partnership negotiations, structure commercial agreements, and oversee legal and compliance aspects to secure mutually beneficial terms. - Performance Measurement & Analytics
Establish KPIs, track partner performance, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize partnership ROI and identify expansion opportunities. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align partner initiatives with company objectives and deliver integrated solutions. - Thought Leadership & Evangelism
Represent AlfaDocs at industry events, webinars, and roundtables to showcase partnership successes and attract new collaborators.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership or business development—ideally within SaaS, health-tech, or adjacent industries.
- Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and scaling high-impact partnerships that drive measurable revenue and strategic value.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and foster trust across diverse organizations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable using analytics tools to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, with a collaborative and customer-centric approach.
- BONUS: You have experience with brand/events/community.

- Contract: Every Alfa begins their journey with a 1-year fixed-term contract with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term.
- Location: Milan, Italy (Via Eritrea n. 21 20157 (Palazzo Tecniche Nuove))
- Office Model: Hybrid Mode with 60% office, 40% home office - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
- Working hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break
- Salary range: 35,000€ - 40,000€
- Start Date: July 2025
