Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our Houston, TX team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive client experience at every interaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide product or service information to clients as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues
Follow up on customer feedback and ensure satisfaction
Perform administrative tasks to support the customer service department
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
