A company is looking for a Product Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and ensure their needs are met
- Route or answer all incoming communication from customers and clients
- Maintain the student database and stay updated on course offerings and certification track changes
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent training and experience
- Previous experience (1+ years) in a Product Support or Customer Service role
- In-depth understanding of Customer Service tools
- Good knowledge of Windows Platforms and eCommerce/Web platforms
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
