We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Kansas, MO. This role plays a key part in executing marketing strategies, coordinating sales efforts, and supporting overall business development. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities

  • Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and client materials

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and report findings to management

  • Maintain organized documentation of leads, prospects, and customer communications

  • Assist in developing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and email templates

  • Schedule and attend client meetings, taking detailed notes and following up as needed

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential new clients

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales coordination

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience in B2B marketing or client-facing roles is a plus
