Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Configurations & QA (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Complete standard configuration tasks and adhere to QA processes for client launches
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while generating routine and ad hoc reports
• Participate in team meetings and support cross-functional tasks, contributing to onboarding of new hires

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a configuration or systems analyst role, preferably in healthcare payer or fintech
• Experience with data analytics tools and generating reports
• Familiarity with Jira, Looker, Asana, BigQuery (or SQL), and Microsoft (or Google) suite
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and business intelligence teams
• Strong leadership abilities and effective problem-solving skills
