Application Configuration Analyst Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Configuration Analyst Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise application configuration efforts for HSP and TruCare to meet operational and regulatory needs
• Ensure data integrity, oversee ETL processes, and maintain interoperability between care management systems and state reporting tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide training, and support end-users on system updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
• Experience with electronic claims systems like HSP and care management systems like TruCare
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes
• Exposure to enterprise IT governance and Medicaid regulatory environments
