Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Application Development Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages a team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions
• Coordinates the work of third-party development teams and ensures compliance with standards and policies
• Provides coaching, career development planning, and performance reviews for junior application developers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Experience with application development and applications architecture
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
• Familiarity with DevOps best practices and programming languages such as Java, Pega, or JavaScript
