A company is looking for a Software Engineer (Full Stack) to develop and deploy machine learning engineering features for customer support management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of MLE features for customer support management
- Build and maintain scalable and secure full stack applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in full stack software engineering, ideally in SaaS or AI/ML-driven products
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and back-end technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
