Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager - Developer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6-8 software engineers to improve technical excellence and system stability
• Allocate time to engineering tasks, including code reviews and architectural design
• Ensure delivery of new platform services and support existing ones to increase feature deployment frequency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 7+ years of experience in software development or infrastructure management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in software development and infrastructure management, focusing on developer tools and platforms
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms, especially AWS
• Experience managing and growing engineering teams in a positive work environment
