Application Enablement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Enablement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for multiple products and serve as a liaison between Product and Customer Management teams
• Engage directly with clients during product implementations and advise on optimal workflows and configurations
• Design and maintain product implementation documentation and support SDLC activities for multiple products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, technology, or healthcare
• 4+ years of experience in technology implementation or product management, preferably in healthcare
• Basic coding experience in SQL
• Experience working directly with customers in a product implementation or management capacity
• Experience with BI tools, preferably Amazon QuickSight
