Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of related experience in product management or similar roles
• 5+ years of experience leading a product management team
• Functional knowledge of areas such as HCM, Compensation, and Payroll
• 5+ years of experience using Agile methods
• 3+ years of experience implementing AI product capabilities
