Product Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development Manager to oversee physical product development and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product improvement initiatives, including research, testing, and implementation strategies
• Conduct technical assessments for existing and new products, providing data analysis and alternative solutions
• Lead end-to-end new product development from market research to launch, collaborating with various internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical, systems, or hardware engineering, preferably in consumer products
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers and knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Ability to analyze large data sets and draw concise conclusions for decision-making
• Familiarity with prototyping processes and CAD software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload autonomously
