Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager who will enhance product development processes and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve governance in the Execute phase of the Product Development Lifecycle
• Manage tools and workflows for effective execution, focusing on Jira optimization and UAT program management
• Act as a connection point between Execution and Release Management, driving resolution of quality issues

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Manager
• Strong organizational and systems thinking skills
• Ability to communicate confidently and earn trust across teams
• Experience with tools like Slack, Miro, and LaunchDarkly
• Proven ability to advocate for process improvements and coach teams
