Application Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Security Engineer for the North Central region (Remote in the U.S.).

Key Responsibilities

• Run client SAST/DAST/SCA tools, review outputs and provide recommendations
• Implement integrations for tools into pipelines and ticketing systems
• Remediate technical vulnerabilities identified by web application scanning tools

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Application Security
• Understanding of IDE and CI/CD pipeline tools and processes
• Strong knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycles and application security vulnerabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security preferred
• Experience with SAST/DAST/SCA tools, with a preference for Invicti or Checkmarx
