Application Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for web applications hosted on IIS, SQL Server, and Azure, serving as the escalation point for complex issues
• Manage and monitor Azure environments to ensure reliability, performance, and cost efficiency
• Act as a lead analyst, providing guidance and technical direction to peers and junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure, including administration, monitoring, and networking
• Advanced SQL Server knowledge, including T-SQL, query tuning, and performance optimization
• Experience troubleshooting Auth0 authentication and identity services
• Experience implementing and managing pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Proven expertise with Application Insights and performance monitoring diagnostics
