Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust red teaming projects and lead adversarial testing efforts
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to define labeling schemas and ensure production readiness
• Automate red teaming processes and brainstorm novel research approaches for AI-related challenges

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Information Science, Computer Science with ML focus, or a related field (graduate degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in applied data science, ML product work, or security-focused AI
• Proven experience in designing and evaluating real-world ML systems
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML tools
• Experience working with LLMs and embedding-based classification systems
